BSG Dress Code

Dancers must be dressed properly for class.  This is for dancer safety and allows the instructors to see proper movement execution.   Our dress code is also part of the art and discipline of dance education. Please keep all dangling and play jewelry at home to avoid breaking and loosing items.

Hair

Should be pulled off of the dancers face and neck and secured in either a bun or pony tail.  If your dancer has short hair, please have them wear a headband or barrettes to keep hair out of their face.  A proper ballet bun is required for all students taking Ballet in grades 4 and up.  For a tutorial on creating a bun, please visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=882m4QKu0sg.
